ACLJ: Judge Michael Mukasey Nomination as U.S. Attorney General

WASHINGTON, Sept. 17, 2007—American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), which specializes in constitutional law, today commended President Bush's nomination of former U.S. District Court Judge Michael Mukasey as U.S. Attorney General.
